Well done to both of our teams for reaching the county cricket finals in the first please. As we mentioned in our last report we remain the only school to have both teams qualify for the finals in the same year. As is always the case at the finals, both teams faced some really stiff oppostion. Both teams played really well, with the girls narrowly missed out on a place in the semi-finals. Even when faced with really tough opponents all of our players persevered, working as a team and most importantly encouraged each other. Well done to everyone for being such great representatives of St Marys, by demonstrating such excellent sportsmanship.
