Peace week will be an opportunity for us, as a school community, to look at the big idea of Peace 100 years after the end of World War 1.  As part of our preparations for this week (beginning 5.11.18) we'd like the children to:

1) Come up with a design for our banner - the school hall has 2 previous banners we have made which the children have seen and they are on the website in the home learning section.

2) Come up with some wording for our banner that we will all be making during Peace Week e.g. "Peace - remember, learn and never repeat" Ideas to be in  by Friday 5th October please.

We have sent this home as our home learning this weekend and will decide whose entry to use next week.  Happy designing!
