Continuing our series of events to commemorate WW1, we looked briefly at the Gallipoli campaign and the six soldiers awarded the Victoria Cross on the same morning as the focus for our work on Remembrance this year. Once again thanks go to the Turner and Watson families who laid wreathes at St Mary’s Church and in the town centre on behalf of all the children in the village. We once again observed the 2 minutes silence on November 11^{th .} The children were amazing, demonstrating a high level of respect. We were all very proud of them all.
