With so many girls keen to take part in rugby...

we were given the go ahead to enter 2 teams. All the children who expressed an interest in playing were given the opportunity to participate. The teams travelled to Oakley Junior School to compete in the Basingstoke Schools Competition where a total of 17 teams took part.
Both teams worked well together against their opponents, amassing a mix of wins, draws and losses. This rugby competition was a new experience for the majority of the children and they should be proud of their results, the new skills learned and ability to work together as a team.
