Following our recent success at the Team Table Tennis Area Competition, both our boy’s and girl’s teams competed in the County Team Final on Friday 28^th November at Testwood Sports College, Totten.

Both teams played superbly well, playing teams from all over the county, and winning the majority of their matches.  After much excitement, we found out that both teams had reached the final!  The girl’s put in an outstanding performance but were narrowly beaten and finished as runners up.  The boy’s final could not have been closer (it eventually came down to individual points won) and after a nail-biting wait, we were amazed to find out we had won – and secured a place at the Area Zone Final on 31^st January in London,  a huge achievement and one which the children should be incredibly proud of.  Congratulations to Jamie, Henry, Edward, Joseph, Anaya, Isobel, Hannah & Katie.
