As part of our inventions topic, year 4 have been exploring the invention of pointillism by George Seurat. We practised with felt tips, pencils and paint to find the perfect tiny dots for their final piece. We decided that felt tip pens provided the sunflowers with the best effect. It was very difficult as none of the dots could touch and most of the white background should be covered!
