Holocaust Memorial Day 2022

The 27th January is Holocaust Memorial Day. In school this week we are looking at age appropriate picture books about the Holocaust and in English pupils will be completing written work based on these books. 

The theme this year for Holocaust Memorial Day is 'One Day':

• One day everything changed
• One day in history – 19 April 1943 Warsaw ghetto uprising 
• One day at a time
• One day when people are united across the world to think about the victims of genocide.
• One day things may change
