St Mary's Chair and Vice Chair elections took place on Monday 28th September
Elections took place at St Mary's on Monday 28th September. 10 candidates gave a speech and spoke in front of the whole school and staff body in an attempt to gain a vote to become the Chair or Vice Chairperson. The children then experienced a formal voting process including a ballot slip and a ballot box. This is linked to the work the children have been doing for Democracy and British Values. Head over to the gallery to see some pictures of this happening.
