On Thursday 6th April, Year 3 completed their topic by becoming Ancient Romans for the day! The children wore Roman costumes and took part in a range of activities, including rehearsing and performing a Roman battle dance for parents, taste testing some of the food that the Romans brought to Britain and creating a Roman salad as well as completing their papier mache Roman helmets. The day rounded off what has been an inspiring topic for Year 3!
