On Wednesday 60 members of our orchestra joined the Basing Singers and the Bishop Challoner School choir for the annual 'Light up a Life' carol service in aid of Naomi House and Jack's Place. The children plaved a Festive Overture which included snippets of everyone's favourite carols. The area fundraiser for Naomi House commented, ' They played beautifully and as always were impeccaably well behaved; they are a credit to themselves and to the school. I very much hope that the orchestra will continue to take part for many years to come; they're such a delight to listen to.' Well done to everyone who took part.
