Playtime

Playtime at St Mary’s is a fun and active part of the school day! During break and lunchtime, children enjoy spending time with friends on our large playground, which is full of exciting things to do. They love climbing, balancing and exploring on the timber trail, using a wide range of play equipment and getting creative with the colourful line drawings on the playground. In the warmer months, the school field becomes a favourite spot for running, playing games and enjoying the sunshine. Playtime is a great chance for everyone to have fun; being active is an important part of this and is encouraged. If a quiet, reflective space is needed, there are indoor classrooms and a courtyard to relax and talk with friends.
